Infection or earring allergy?

Hello! My daughter got her ears pierced 8 weeks ago and recently they’ve started to get like this. We use bactroban but idk they just look crusty all the time and it seems like it’s not going away. Earrings were done at a tattoo shop and they are surgical steel.

Thank you guys so much for all of your helpful comments!! Just wanted to update and say that we got it all figured out I think! The tattoo shop that pierced her somehow ended up putting plated jewelry in, instead of surgical steel. Her pediatrician also recommended surgical steel so we got them switched out to that and they’re still a bit angry, but doing much better!! Just send some healing vibes our way😅 
They don’t bother her and she lets me clean them just fine and all. She says they don’t hurt but she does say the right (worst) side was itchy! However, she said they’ve stopped itching since the crappy jewelry was removed! Hopefully this takes care of our issues!

Don’t take it out. Call the shop and ask their opinion on it. They are the experts and can advise. Saline is the best to clean piercings with

Do NOT remove the piercing!! Go to a piercer and have them look at it.

If they are surgical steel it won't be an allergy.
Get advice from your piercer, I've never had an infection from a piercing so I don't know the protocol.

If there's any yellow or green its likely infected. DO NOT REMOVE THE PIERCING UF INFECTED. or the infection will have nowhere to drain to. Compression hot water onto the ear to help infection drain

Looks infected. Take the earrings out of her ears and clean real well. Don’t put them back in until it heals up.

It looks really painful. I'd definitely ask the piercer for further advice but, if it were me, I'd have already removed the earring.
