Bed time
If you’ve got a 2-3 year old who doesn’t nap what time do they go to bed and then wake in the morning? Mine 2 and a half year old refuses to nap and she is exhausted in the late afternoon and we put her in bed by 8:30pm which is what we’ve always done but she keeps waking up 7-7:30 which seems so early especially since she’s not napping
