Implantation bleeding ?

Long story short lol I started spotting at 10DPO. I’ve been testing since 6DPO cheapies and FRER. Two days before spotting I had cramping on the lower left abdomen and fatigue the whole week. I started spotting 5 days before expected period. I’ve never been early on my period so this is very weird. I also have light periods but this is lighter than what I normally get. I tested again and two BFN. Today is day three of this and my mind is racing. Ughhhh
