Is your 7 Month old crawling yet?

My LO turned 7 months on October 4th. She has no desire to try to crawl (traditionally, army crawl, or bum scoot). She just rolls around to get things that she wants. She pushes up on her arms a bit and will pivot on her tummy but she won't go up on her knees. She sits up really well unassisted for long periods. Should I be concerned?

My 7 months old started crawling (army crawl) at around 6 months.. on the other hand my now 19 months old started crawling (straight to all fours) at 8.5 months... They're all different, so I wouldn't be worried. Your little one will go when they're ready to do so 😊

Normal! There’s a wide spectrum for this. I’d consider 7 months really early to be crawling. My first didn’t crawl until closer to 8 months which is still rather early/normal, even 9 months, etc. Then my first son loved crawling and didn’t walk until he was one 😂. I think my seconds small stature + wanting to copy his older brother really jump started his mobility earlier.
