Is anyone able to give me an explanation as to why my period is three weeks late? Yes I am sexually actively, but I’ve taken two tests at a few days late and again at two weeks late. Both were negative. Is it still possible I’m pregnant?

I have pcos and I know that this can affect my cycle. What I am asking is why? I have cramps and twinges like a period/pregnancy and I think I may even be able to feel a certain area where there is a cyst

I’m an 18 yr old and doctors just try to shove birth control down my throat (I know it helps to regulate but it screws with my hormones). They don’t listen or even explain things. If you have any knowledge, please help:(!
