Eating issues

Hi guys, I’m having some issues eating right!

I am really good about knowing what’s healthy vs what’s not, and what a healthy portion size is, but I am not good at following it!

My big problem is portion control! It’s easy for me to overdo something when I’m hungry in the moment. Like most of my food will be healthy and a good portion, then I add a little too much cheese when I was only gonna add a tiny sprinkle, etc! It adds up when I’m doing this all the time with dif things!!

I’ve usually got it under pretty good control but the last few weeks, not so much (I’ve had a lot going on so I’m sure it’s stress related). I’ve gained a few pounds which I want to lose!

So anyway I would love any motivation, or food ideas that are easy to limit!

I go on walks most days of the week with my daughter, but even any quick exercises for someone with almost 0 free time would be helpful!
