IM FREAKING OUT

so I had unprotected sex about two days ago and he finished really close to my vagina but I wiped everything and pretty sure nun got in my vagina but I had stomach pain the next day pretty sure it was just from the penetration then the day after my stomach was just really upset and I had to use the bathroom im also a smoker too so this could play a roll I just need some type of advice or information.
