Could I be pregnant ??

I’ve been pregnant three times in a space of three years the first and second pregnancy I miscarried. The third pregnancy was an ectopic pregnancy and it was so terrible.I was treated with methotrexate. Since then I’ve experienced hormonal imbalance and fast forward after treatment I was back to having my regular period. But just recently I haven’t seen my period for two months, I had fatigue, my breast were sore , increased appetite,I was just always so tired and my mood swings were off the charts. My husband encouraged me to take a test but I’ve been so afraid I just didn’t want to be disappointed. Eventually I gave in and took a home test which came out negative. So my question is , could this be just hormonal imbalance or I might really be pregnant?
