14 weeks and bleeding!?

So I’m 14 weeks pregnant and was bleeding today. Nothing super heavy but enough to make me panic. I have a history of SCH in a few pregnancy’s. 1 normal pregnancy, 3 miscarriages, 2 of those had SCH and one SCH with a baby who is now 11 months old. The doctor said my ultrasound showed blood around the baby but no SCH. I’m confused. Baby was moving and heart rate is 167 and measuring 13+1 day. Basically he told me to call the OB tomorrow and tell her the ER said I need to be seen the same day. He spoke to her on the phone and she wanted to see me. Felt urgent or maybe he just doesn’t have a clue?
