What would y’all do? Halloween

So me and my husband were raised not to celebrate Halloween. It’s literally something we don’t even think about. It’s just demonic and goes against what we believe. Not to mention, I don’t want my son getting candy from the streets. I teach him not to get candy from strangers but it’s ok 1 time a year?

My SIL keeps bugging me and I mean BUGGING because she wants to take my son trick or treating with her daughter.

I don’t want my son to have anything to do with it.

She keeps saying, “it it has something to do with the devil, everything does. You shouldn’t celebrate thanksgiving, Easter and Christmas to. Just let him go and have fun!”

I just wish she’d take the hint. No means no. Simple.

It just feels like a dark day and I don’t like it
