For those that have decided on baby names, what name have you chosen, and why did you choose the name?

I like hearing about the story behind people’s names 😊

My mom named me after a girl named Ashley Abbott and Nicky Newman from the young and restless 😂

For my first son, my late husband and I were trying to decide on names and we came across Oliver. He automatically said “heh heh, whenever we need to call him we could say Ollie Ollie Oxen Free!!” and he really liked Green Arrow. And idk I thought it was hilarious and it just felt right. His middle name is Gideon. After Gideon from the Bible (and a little bit from the character on Criminal Minds, haha)

I’m pregnant with my second son now, and decided his name will be Theodore Thomas. I like Theo because I don’t personally know anyone named Theodore and I can find some nicknames that seem fitting. Plus, he had those cute chipmunk cheeks in the ultrasound 😍🥰 Thomas was my late husbands middle name.
