Has anyones SO/Spouse been on pellet therapy?

We have 3 daughters and I miscarried our 4th back in December. My husband since then got on testosterone therapy pellets due to extreme low testosterone. Has anyone had luck still getting pregnant while their spouse is on this? I have a feeling I’ll probably never be pregnant again, but part of me has this dumb hope it’ll happen. :(

Testosterone replacement significantly reduces sperm production. Anyone desiring fertility should not be using testosterone replacement. Once it is stopped it can take 6 mos. to 2 years to return to baseline sperm production.

Taking testosterone for low testosterone levels while TTC can actually be counterintuitive because it lowers FSH, which impacts sperm production. What does his actual semen analysis look like? Low T on its own doesn’t cause infertility, so long as the semen analysis is normal. And if it’s not, Clomid would likely be more helpful. Was this just his primary care doc or a urologist or endocrinologist who prescribed it?
