Trying to convince (dyslexia please explain In easy words if possible ;))

Hi everyone, I’ve got a doctors appointment today. I was diagnosed with PCOS recently. This appointment is to follow up. Me and my partner have been trying to convince for more over than a year with no success what are some of the questions I could ask her to help me TTC.

I get periods every month but they are different days of the month so it’s not regular for example.

My last period was September 19th and ended the 12th and my next period came October 19th still waiting to see when it will end.

I have some questions in mind but if anyone could add to my list I’d be more than grateful. I’ve heard of clomid and other tablets docs can put you on but unsure where to start. I’m aware of change in my diet doing everything to keep fit and healthy too
