Change in color of BMs, which supplement is it?

I finally got a hold of the vitamin D (gummies), iron, and baby aspirin. Since Ive started taking them, my BMs have changed in color and I just want to see which one might be doing it. I’m assuming it’s the gummies for the vitamin d but my prenatals are also gummies and that wasn’t an issue before.

It depend on the color. Iron and vitamin D will give your stools a more black appearance. I drink blue Gatorade every day and my stool is literally green because of it lol! It’s not much of a concern, however, too much vitamin D can cause the good bacteria to decrease in your gut leading to bloating, diarrhea and vomiting. Too much iron cannon lead to constipation which is a literal pain in the ass lol
