Low HCg for initial draw. SHOULD I BE WORRIED?

Finding a home for this post has been hard.. I hope this is an OK place to put this without someone being immediately upset with me. If you are, It is not my intention. I'm just here for support.

I'm new to the other boards. I've been hovering in faint lines for months, and have been seeing a fertility specialist.

The day before my missed period, I got a decent line. After days of spotting and faint lines.

I went that Wednesday for an HCg draw, which came back at only 8.5

I had another draw done this morning. So I am waiting to see if the numbers rise as needed (x1.5).

I am also prescribed progesterone, 200mg. Which I'm taking morning/night.

Though for my sanity I need to hear from others who have been in my shoes. I tried posting this in medically assisted, but received back lash.

Has anyone had experience with low HCg levels like this and kept the pregnancy? I miscarried twice since 2020 early on, between 4 and 7 weeks.

But this is my first time taking progesterone the moment I got a line.

I'm hopeful, still.
