Has anyone felt pregnant after conceiving?

I’m wondering if anyone has felt pregnant after conceiving, because its a few days after my ovulation time and my boobs hurt really bad, similar to when I was pregnant. I know this is a big assumption, I’m just curious

You won’t have any symptoms a few days after ovulation so no.

I did. I don’t know if it was a coincidence or not but my first sign was my sight of smell increased (I normally have allergies) and was feeling nauseous by the smell of anything cooking. It was too early to test and of course was negative.  I asked for blood work. My blood work showed hcg at 13, meaning something had started (3.5 weeks) and than tested again and my hcg had increased and was officially pregnant. So, it is quite possible but a lot pms symptoms/pregnancy symptoms correlate.
