When will my period start

Hi All,

I'm just looking for some advice.

Back in November 2020, I suffered my second ectopic pregnancy.

I went on the implant, Christmas eve 2020, I had to let it settle for 6 months. In June 2021, I went for a scan to find my body rejected the implant so I had to have that removed in July, and go straight on the pill.

I went for surgery in March 2022, to my surprise, my tubes, inside wall was covered in endometriosis.. I was on the pill for 11 months and got the all clear to come off it in June 2022 at my 12 week check up due to having my second HRT shot.

However that finished in September, how long will it be before my periods return?. I'm getting so impatient and want to start trying for my healthy pregnancy
