Can’t get the clog out of my milk duct!

My son is 10 months old and I exclusively breastfeed and this is my first clogged duct. I’m assuming that is what it is because my boob feels engorged, sore and I’m unable to relieve it.

I’ve tried just about everything to fix it but it’s not budging. I’ve tried the Haakaa with epsom salt, Haakaa in a warm shower, manual pump, electric pump, massaging while pumping, vibrating massager, nursing my son, nursing whilst being over the top of him but nothing is helping.

Please help I’m in so much pain 😭
