14 weeks pregnant

I’m 14 weeks and my symptoms have been constantly it feels like! My nose is always stuffy now my throat is feeling a little funny, shortness of breath I do have allergies I take medicine 2 times out the week I feel like it only helps for a couple hours and I’m back stuffed up. Not sure what I can do to get rid of the stuffy nose
