Early pregnancy concern

So I have a question. 3 days ago I took a pregnancy test and it came up with a little faint positive. I tested again later in the day with a different and same thing and them I tested the next day with a different type of test and same thing and same thing for today.

So my thing is I got off my period 2 weeks ago (around 10/5). It was an normal period, nothing weird about it no big clots or anything like that. I called and made an appointment with my doctor on Friday and the nurse said I shouldn't be pregnant but I should be ovulating. She made it sound like something was wrong. She didn't want me to wait until my appointment at the end of next month and ordered me a blood test on Friday (They are closed until Monday so I'm left sitting here over the weekend freaking out) for the last few days I have been spotting but it's only been when I wipe but it's normally bright to dark red. (I put a photo for example)

Has this happened to anyone else and did it end in a miscarriage? I'm terrified that I had a miscarriage and I have been sitting here all day just thinking about it and I need opinions in what you all may think it could be.

I understand you're all not doctors and that I need to talk to me doctor and all that. I'm in the process of it I just need to know something even if it's other people's experiences.
