Blood clots?

I’m 7weeks 4 days and just used the bathroom and this came out. I haven’t done anything sexual. I did push hard when I was trying to poop earlier I’m constipated. What could be going on I know all I can do is wait and see if i continue to bleed I’ve messaged my ogbyn but I won’t hear anything till tomorrow at 9:30.

I was told I have some kind of hemorrhage that will fix in its own hopefully, I’m high risk bc my first baby had ￼some heart issues so now imma be seen once a week. I was told I have multiple blood clots near my placenta hopefully they will go away but it’s just a waiting game .

Could be from the push as you are constipated. Did you feel cramps? I don’t think er will be helpful & from what I know er visits in America costs. So contact your obgyn & ask for emergency appointment. Do try to stay positive, all will be well x
