I’m 27 and finally got the knews about my fertility I was wondering about

I’m sitting here sobbing right now. I’m getting married in a week. I got a call from my doctor telling me about my issues and levels. My fertility is low. I have pcos and endometriosis. I’ve had 2 miscarriages so far. I just feel like a piece of crap. My soon to be husband won’t get a child of his own that he’s always wanted. Idk how to tell him either.
