Anxiety meds while pregnant

Hi I am 5 weeks pregnant and my anxiety was so high today that I took one of my 1mg alprazolam pills. As of my anxiety wasn’t already high. After I took it I googled if it was okay to take for pregnancy and it said absolutely not. That it could lead to birth defects and miscarriage. Now I’m terrified. My husband and I have been trying for two years and I think j just messed everything up because of my damn anxiety. Has anyone else taken anxiety meds while pregnant?
