Feeling discouraged at 11dpo

yesterday I had the weirdest cramping off and on all day, lots of pinching etc. i was feeling like it was implantation. My period is due Friday. It was diff than Af cramps.. I have a toddler and i remember the feeling well, and i could’ve sworn it was implantation! But now I’m at 11dpo, my boobs aren’t nearly as sore (although they are still heavy and veiny) and I don’t have any cramps except my pelvic bone feels sore and like I pulled some muscles near my pelvic and pubic bone. I’m just scared bc I’d think if that were implantation wouldn’t symptoms continue? Could use some insight
