will i gain a lot of weight by this?

Hi!

Im a 21 yr old college student, and im extremely active due to sports that i do for fun. Outside of that, at work, i get about 20,000 steps in a day.

Now that I’m returning to campus, I’ll probably be getting around 15,000 steps most days without my job. I’ll be working out an hour a day for my clubs, but will this drop cause weight gain? Ive seen both yes and no, so i wanted opinions.:)
