Glow calendar

I know it may not be the most accurate, just wondering something. If I was low fertility yesterday and high today and had sex last night, if sperm is in there does that count towards the high fertility since it can last 5 days in there? I’m also a little worried cause I used a probiotic suppository after sex and I’m wondering if I’m hindering my chances as well. I still have a chance possible this time if so cause I may not be ovulating 5 more days. I’m ok with things happening natural so I don’t think I will be testing to see if I’m ovulating or anything just yet. If it happens it happens. But once I hit 37 next year, then yea.
