Food poisoning?

I’m currently panicking Cus I just made myself meatballs for tea using ground mince. I cooked the meatballs in a hot pan for a few minutes m with boiling water in the bottom so that they kind of steamed and fried at the same time, until they were crispy on the outside. When I started eating them I got a gut feeling that they weren’t cooked fully so I cut them in half and put them in the microwave for 2 minutes. I’m pretty sure they were brown all the way through, but what is the chance that I have given myself food poisoning?
