12 dpo what is this? lol

im 12 dpo and last night i started spotting just a little and today i’ve been bleeding but not very much. it’s not bright red like a typical period and i had this fall out my underwear when i went to the bathroom. pls what is this 😭 i’ve had clots before but this was almost like ewcm but blood.
