HELP! Hard lump

Hello!

I have an appointment already for next week but just need to know if anyone experienced this while pregnant, last night I randomly touched my breast and felt a tiny, hard lump in between my armpit and my breast, it’s little not big at all but I didn’t have it before (at least that I noticed) and I can only feel it when I have my arm down, not when I lift it for a full exam….

I’m 33w5d pregnant, at first I thought maybe my milk was coming in but it’s not soft and also it’s tiny 😕 has this happened to anyone?
