Let's talk about relaxation skills.
How do you relax after a hard day? I work, school, have 2 kids and am 21 weeks with our 3rd and I am just beat some days. I'm lucky to get in a shower before I pass out. I wouldn't change it for the world but I am just wondering how everyone winds down at night? Do you work? SAHM? How many kids? Relaxing ideas?
Forgot to mention. I have a 5 (6 in April) and a 1 (2 in December) and 3rd is due in March.
