Magic Merlin

Question

Hey guys! I was curious if any of you have experience with the magic Merlin sleep suit? My baby is starting to transition out of the love to dream swaddle and is having a hard time sleeping. Does anyone know how long you can use it for? My son is 4 months and seems close to rolling so I wasn’t sure if I could use it. Thanks!

I’ve used it for both my girls. They both slept great in it. My first born was a preemie, so it took her a little longer than “normal” to roll over, she was probably 8 months old when we put her into a sleep sack. My second born (pictured) also used it. She was in it until she out grew it. Then we put her in a sleep sack. 
I feel like I’m definitely the exception to the rule because my girls are very still heavy sleepers so they stay in it longer than recommended. But they slept, which means I slept 🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s not meant to be used once babe is rolling! So I’d skip that.
My daughter like transitioning to arms out with this sleep sack. Her arms were still covered and she could chew on the fabric over her hands. 
She also liked the sweetpea 5 second swaddle with the arms out. The band that originally kept her arms down provided a comforting pressure on her belly which kept her calm.
