I need help

I apologize for the picture, but I started to use the pill this month due to having to get an HSG done and my periods were irregular or non existent.

I started spotting/flow yesterday and today it started a normal period flow. However I was at the grocery store and felt like my body expelled something. I’ve had blood clots before but nothing like this…

Anyone had this happened? I am contemplating going to the ER.
