Tubes tied & 5 positive pregnancy test!

Anyone here had their tubes tied & then became pregnant?

My tubes have been for 7 years, and earlier this week I took a pregnancy test after my period being MIA for 5 days and it came out positive. Ever since my tubal, my periods have been super regular, maybe a day late but never 5 days late!🫣

Now it’s a whole week & a day with no period, and 5 positive pregnancy tests. I’ve been feeling super tired and my breasts are tender. Just curious if there are any mamas out there who have been through this before? November 11th I have an appt to get an ultrasound done to see where the fetus is growing. Super nervous but leaving it in God’s hands 🙌🏼
