Breast feeding

Alice

Dear community,

I am still figuring out if I want to continue my breast feeding journey, as I know it’s tough to get the routine started but once it works, I heard it is fantastic. I breastfed Killian all day today and i think it went well - both right and left breast. He spat less and wasn’t crying or seemed in pain after eating, however I didn’t have time to pump all day cause I’m also in the middle of a move. I just fed him and saw he wasn’t latching on from both sides more than a couple minutes so have him 50ml of formula (which he doesn’t digest well). Then I decided to pump my milk to bring the supply up and I had less than 5ml for both sides, before I would have at least 40 and 60 in the evenings.

What do you guys think? How can I keep my supply up, on the long run getting rid of pumping

Thank you for your help
