15 month old changed behavior

My kid was a great sleeper. Every parents dream. We would put her down at night awake and she fall asleep alone and sleep 12+hrs. For naps, she would also fall asleep alone.

Ever since she caught a cold 10 days ago, it's been hell. She refuses to nap unless it's contact naps and even then shell suddenly wake up In a panic and cry like crazy for at least 15mi n, even in my arms. As if she got super frightened. She's also been refusing to eat meals she normally loves.

I'm going crazy. Is it because she's sick, or is she changing into a horrible sleeper?? Help!
