Antibiotics and third trimester

Hey Mama's. Long story short, 3 weeks ago I got a ton of goats head in my shoe that I pried off. I guess a tiny bit got embedded in my middle finger RIGHT at the nail. So, it's been in there for a bit, it blistered like...a week and a half ago that I accidentally popped and decided to go to the urgent care on Monday to see if they could get rid of it. Negative. Decided to prescribe 500mg of Keflex 3 times a day, for 7 days and a topical. So...decided to wait till Thursday to talk to my OB and she said Keflex is fine but it would be up to me if I wanted to take it, which today, on Saturday, I've decided too due to like..8, now 7(One went away) tiny red/pinkish spots appeared on my forearm last night. Decided rather be safe than sorry in case this is an actual skin infection or mild cellulitis (Which would be weird seeing I've had this dang thing in my finger for 3 weeks 🙄)

My question is, has anyone had to take Keflex so late in pregnancy or any antibiotic late in pregnancy at or around that dosage for the same amount of days? Was your baby okay? Were you okay? Lol I'm 36+4 weeks and turn 37 weeks next Tuesday
