Help!

I have been sick for about two weeks now with congestion and sore throat. Can that alter your period. Me and my bf have not done anything besides little things. I am now two days late😭my Brian always goes crazy but my cervix is now high soft and watery mucus again. Am I ovulating late? Am I prego? I mean what. I usually have irregular period but the past two months have been regular until now. I am on day 33 of this cycle. I started last month on the 28th. If anyone can help/ give me some peace of mind that would be great!!
