3 periods- one month…

So I’ve been fairly regular periods every 24-26 days last 4 days never had any issues until this month. October 1 my normal period started light/medium flow lasted the 4 days. A week later started bleeding again medium/heavy lasted 4 days. Well this last Friday I started bleeding again. Started off super light and now is super heavy to the point to where I’m bleeding through everything. I can’t call my dr til tomorrow (there’s no after hours number) just need some input on what to do or what I should do? Any ideas as to why I’m bleeding 3x?
