Breast milk conversation

Hey ladies, any idea how long you can keep the pumped breast milk outside the fridge.

When I have extra milk supply I keep it in the fridge and get it out when I feel I need a top up from my breast (mostly in the evenings).

I warm the milk by leaving the bottle 5 mins in warm water, however the baby doesn’t always drink the entire bottle and I I don’t wanna waste this milk. However my midwife told me it’s not good to reheat the milk several times.

What are your suggestions?
