Negative test but no preriod and having cramps etc

Thank you in advance! I am ttc and I don’t test ovulation but no my body well and no when I ovulated and my period was due Saturday/Sunday and no period yet but negative on the test…
I am having pains in my lower groin area on and off and also having discharge…
Do you tbink my period is going to come late? As there wasn’t even a faint line on the test!
Just feel worried as I don’t want there to be anything wrong
