I usually cramp a lot right before my period comes. I only cramped for about 30 minutes the other day. My period is always late according to when <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a> says. I had unprotected sex a little over a week ago. I think the 30 min cramping was implantation cramping because I haven’t felt anymore cramping. Let me know! Thanks.
