I don’t feel pregnant at all

I’m currently 8 weeks and in the back of my mind I don’t believe I’m actually pregnant . I took a 6 day sooner test October 6 . Went in to my annual exam the next day and let them know and there was a faint positive so they said come back in 6 weeks which will be November 18th . And so far I have noooooo symptoms! Maybe 1 and that’s always being hungry but that’s it . I don’t get morning sickness . I was tired for a while but once I started taking iron pills that went away . This is by far the easiest pregnancy. I do complain about my always being hungry but then I have to realize I’ll take being hungry over morning sickness . I don’t think I’ll be convinced I’m pregnant until my first appointment where I hear the heartbeat
