Super constipated & breast feeding

Hey all!

My baby is 3 weeks old and I’m breast feeding, my stools to begin with passed easily but infrequently, I didn’t have a problem with this.

It’s now been 3 weeks and I’m extremely backed up and it is PAINFUL. Since I’m breast feeding I’m not sure what I can take for the constipation.

I’m in the UK 🇬🇧 so anything accessible here would be great.

I have been in touch with my doctor and my midwife who both suggested fybogel but unfortunately it’s out of stock everywhere near me.
