Thought I was ovulating? But then had a faint HCG

My period has been irregular since coming off birth control 4 months ago...I thought i was ovulating according to the LH strips...I took a pregnancy test today and saw this right away? And I'm really really cramping right now too I have been for a couple hours now... I spotted on 10/14 and 10/15 didn't know if I was suppose to consider that as a period or not bc it was like barelyyyy anything...thoughts? Last real period was sept 1st-3rd. I'm suppose to get tested for PCOS tomorrow too.
