TMI question- when you puke, do you puke…

This is my fourth baby. First three pregnancies I had some morning sickness but not too bad. I recall puking water up some with my first son (I have three boys). This time I’ve been pretty nauseous, I puked once (like legit puking of what I ate that day). Yesterday I puked in the car driving to work and it was mostly water/bile. My question is- the moms that get serious morning sickness, do you always puke up substance or just bile/water?? This probably seems like a weird question but I’ve always considered myself someone who doesn’t get sick because I’m mostly puking up water but now I’m wondering if that’s true. 😂 we are hoping for a girl and I’m hoping this morning sickness is a sign🥰
