aspirin and hematoma v

Doctor prescribed me 75mg aspirin a day since first scan at 4w5d, the next scan i had on 7w he saw i’ve got a hematoma of 2cm. Didn’t put me on any restrictions and i’m taking progesterone due some spotting at 5w.

I read the internet that aspirin in fact are harmful to pregnancy and a high risk of developing hematomas.

Did anyone got prescribed aspirin during pregnancy and were okay? Or aspirin and had hematomas and also were fine ?
