So it’s well established that the main reason to do a cervical check (before labor) is determine induction methods… it can’t predict when you’re going into labor.. my OBs office just now suggested I “have” to do it next week. Baby is fine I’ve had zero symptoms of anything happening. On one hand I suspect they will try to sneak a membrane sweep in.. which I do and don’t want.. I’d love to have my baby next week but on the other hand I’m torn on being induced or force my body to do something it’s not ready for… I feel like it’s a catch-22. Anyone else feel this way? Any pros/cons that helped you decide??
