Help me understand please

Hey ladies I took my trigger shot on the 21st and <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a> on the 22nd today I am 13days past <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a> and negative test. 3 days ago I had cramps and twinging feeling and thought maybe it was implantation. Am I out. This was our last try.
