Why am I not getting the same calories burned?
I just did a HIIT workout that was full body and over an hour long
The YouTube video said you’d burn 800 calories and people in the comments said that they burned 810 calories or more and for 8,000+ steps
I got 8,400 steps but I BARELY burned 500 calories
I pushed myself soooo fucking hard.. like the hardest I have in a long time in a workout and I’m 300 calories off
Why is this???? How did everyone in the comments burn the correct amount, but I’m 300 off??
Even my total calories are no where near 600 let alone 800
It doesn’t make sense because when I go on an hour long walk, I burn 450… but I just did an hour long HIIT workout and only burned an extra 50 😤
The math just isn’t mathing!!!
