Implantation Bleeding?

I just wanted to ask if you all think this is implantation bleeding. My period isn’t due for another week and I’m pretty regular so I don’t think this is an early period. I did experience mild menstrual-like cramping all yesterday morning. Then we I urinated around lunch time yesterday I saw the blood and then the same amount one more time yesterday evening. So far today I haven’t had any more bleeding. What do you all think?
